peppino is a fast character who can use mach to slide around with grounded attacks.
Nspec:
shoots a bullet
Fspec:
Piledriver (command grab)
Uspec:
super jump
Dspec:
peppino enters mach mode where he gains a constant speed boost until the move is cancelled into anything else, letting you retain some speed so you can slide around while doing attacks or other actions. It also can be used for chasing down opponents while airborne, just dont go too far or you might sd!
