Deck Dropper RoR Fix
I noticed that the Deck Dropper RoR didn’t have a unique color scheme like all of the other RoRs in game. Turns out CA did make one but didn’t apply it in the land_units_table.
This fixes just that and now the Deck Droppers have their unique color scheme. Sadly CA did not make a unique color scheme for the bomb throwers that they hold so those guys are still faction based.
