Description:

The new DLC allows administrative government to revoke title / retract vassal freely. But high opinion vassals will join the rebellion if the target has refused the demand. Because AI still treat revoke title / retract vassal as “tyrannical” due to outdated code.

This mod will fix it, and will not infect other scenarios, low opinion vassals will still join the rebellion.
