Make Greece Great Again: Remove Backwater Easier
Introduction
In the new version, Greek counties have been burdened with an annoying "Backwater" modifier, which is quite difficult to remove (especially for emperors).
What’s WORSE, even after removing this negative modifier, there aren’t many positive rewards!
This mod effectively addresses these issues.
Features
This mod includes the following features:
- Reduced the development level requirement to remove the "Backwater" modifier to 25.
- Emperors can now use a same decision to remove the "Backwater" modifier from their domain counties.
- After removing the "Backwater" modifier, a positive modifier "Vibrancy" will be added to the counties.
