[Old Blank Card]

Blank card has a constant 4 room recharge time.
Using Mod Config Menu, you can also allow Blank card (and Clear Rune) to change behaviour and allow usage of runes (or cards respectively), change the constant recharge time and allow tarot cloth to effect runes.

Compatible with [Old Steam Sale] and [Old Restock]
