[Mod] Dwarfs: High King Decrees – Deeps Resource
This simple mod adds +1 High King Decrees resource gained for building each Tier5 settlement building (The Hold).
I still need to add this to special settlements like Karaz-a-Karak, but all generic Holds already get this little change.
