Radiator Repair
Its a small mod that makes it so you can repair a radiator while it is in the vehicle, i have tried to make this semi realistic.
Basically the same as you might do as a temporary fix if you had a leaking radiator on your car in real life by adding a coolant system leak repair product.
You use the bottle of K-Seal by pouring it into the radiator which will repair it to worn regardless of its damage level (it can only be used if the radiator isnt ruined and is below worn damage level) then you just need to top it up with water again like normal (assuming you lost any water)
