WARDROBE

Wardrobe is a dynamic outfit system, it allows the player to place items anywhere on their body and have the item remain there while they play. An example of this is by adding pouches, grenades, radios, etc to your vest, creating endless possibilities.
The mod adds 40+ new item/camo combos for you to use, as well as 5 new blank vests for items to be added to.

How to use

As a player, you can open the wardrobe menu by interacting with an object that has it enabled (vanilla or ace). This will open the menu and you can begin creating, there is a “Tutorial” button in the bottom left that will introduce you to the menu. Outfits that you save can also be loaded from the arsenal via a menu in the lower left (vanilla or ace).

Setup

As an admin, a Wardrobe can be added to an object within its properties (Wardrobe setting), or by placing the zeus module “Add Wardrobe” on an object (this will add a full wardrobe). Within the properties there are 4 options, the first one simply enables Wardrobe on the object, the second sets it to use the default full list of items (this is auto sorted), and the last two options allow for you to add or remove items from the default list (enter items classname, comma between multiple entries). Note that adding objects not in the default list can cause issues, they could collide with the player or stop bullets, depending on how the model is set up.

CBA Settings

This mod adds 3 CBA options, found under ”Wardrobe”. The first is a checkbox determining whether outfit items should remain when the player respawns, or whether they despawn on death. The second setting is a serverside limit on how many outfit items each player can use at a time (The default for this is suggested). And third is a clientside limit on how many outfit items are rendered on screen at once, the higher it is the more objects and the more the fps will be affected. Default of 200 is suggested.

Notes

– Must be loaded on all clients and server.
– Objects on your own character will be invisible in first person, this is intentional and because arma renders your character over everything.
– If you want to make an item be available in the wardrobe list by default then add `useInWardrobe = "true";` in the items config.
