National ideas have been mostly edited along with generic idea picks are more flexible in regard to policies
Major changes: Expansion and Exploration ideas removed in its place is a decision based system allowing all players to colonise after diplo tech 6.

100+ provinces added to Western Europe and HRE

On game start up far East Asia and most of Africa and new world is removed of tags for performance. A great deal of these regions are made uncolonisable for balance reasons
