A Submod for Best Mod and Dynamic Names 2

We personally at Northmen Mod Team have used Best Mod to better roleplay in our EU4 campaigns and in our opinion one of the best mods that also enhances roleplay aspects of EU4 is Dynamic Names 2.
Best Mod may add many nations and name changes but most of these nations are made specifically for base game EU4 and stick out like a sore thumb when playing with Dynamic Names 2.
This mod is here to remedy this to that now the Best Mod formable nations can also have names based on their government rank and type.
