Description:

This Mod activates raiding for player and the AI for all government types. Including those newly added with 1.13.

Created this mod because it was very common for non tribal realms to also raid. Romans and Arabs raided each other annually along the entire frontier. Muslims and Christians practiced piracy and raiding against one another and plenty of other situations come to mind.

*Edits the file 00_government_types.txt must be put behind any other mod that also edits that file for it to work correctly.
