Innovotions Men at arms 99 REupload
This is a reupload of my Men at Arms 99 mod i lost my pc and could not figure out how to properly update the old version
this is the second reupload as i lost my pc then used a crappy laptop i had spare and then got a new one
i made men at arms 99 mod out of a want for more reliance on a professional type army but
the in game economy could not support a large men at arms army so i have adjusted the gold income for feudal and clans

reworked several buildings gold incomes
reworked tax modifiers
