Description:

Remove the age requirement from the form North Sea Empire decision. No more will Paradox deny anyone from forming their cool map whenever they want.

Now updated to also remove the age requirement from the form the Kingdom of Mann and the Isles decision!

I am not going to make this mod remove the 30 year requirement for holding Denmark, Norway and England as I don’t want to make the decision completely trivial to complete.
