A bit of randomness has been added so that the countries and areas released will be slightly different, and the player can skip this release by selecting the second option of the event.

Bug has been fixed! Reading the file won’t trigger the event again anymore.
Countries that have crashed will get a colonization team as compensation.
Thanks to TurtleShroom (HACKED, RECOVERED) for the heads up, OA can now create new files instead of just overwriting them.
