Prussian Militarization Toggles
Converts all Prussian Militarization abilities from temporary to permanent bonuses.
Thunderous Advance & New Military Manual maintain a 5 year cooldown to turn on & off, but cost 0.33 Militarization per month instead of a one time upfront cost of 20. This is marginally cheaper, as actual cost should be 1/3 per month.
Boost Militarization now cycles between 5 country modifiers (plus no modifier) that give multiples of 0.2 monthly Militarization up to 1, and cost multiples of 1 monthly Mil point up to 5. This is the exact same cost as in vanilla, with the disadvantage that you cannot ramp up from 0 to 100 as quickly, but it is easier to maintain a high value without constantly having to check on it.
Incompatible with any mods that change common/government_mechanics/16_prussian_militarization.txt
