Free Conqueror Decision
Adds a decision to open an event that can give you Conqueror, along with the Scourge of the Gods modifier if you choose.
It works for landed rulers, Adventurers already have their own Conqueror decision, though it’s not free.
Shouldn’t need any DLCs, and works with any mod that doesn’t remove the conqueror trait.
English loc only (for now).
AI will not use.
