此船是英国皇家海军冷战期间基于美海军亚特兰大级的设计改进而来的防空巡洋舰，尽管融合了当时较为先进的雷达和导弹技术，但受制于亚特兰大级平台限制，其战斗力未达到设计指标。
本船由系统船改建，加之本人水平有限，时间仓促，所以用到了大量mod，有一些mod比如Weapon Collection可能要到Q群下载。

Ambitious but rubbish
This ship is an anti-aircraft cruiser based on the Atlanta-class design of the U.S. Navy during the Cold War of the Royal Navy. Although it incorporated the more advanced radar and missile technology at the time, its combat effectiveness did not meet the design specifications due to the limitations of the Atlanta-class platform.
This ship was rebuilt from a system ship. In addition, my level is limited and time is short, so a large number of mods are used. Some mods, such as Weapon Collection, may need to be downloaded from the QQ group.
