Dont like seeing your special OP blood running out because you are not a saint or like mixing with peasants? Say no more.

FEATURES

• ADD custom game rule allowing Blood degradation as per default RIE.
• ADD custom game rule blocking Blood degradation. The Blood of Numenor will just work like vanilla genetic traits.

NEEEEEDS THE BASE LOTR mod. PLACE AFTER the LOTR mod in the playlist.
