Dystopian Turn Order
Changes the game turn order, giving priority to enemies first, neutral teams then XCOM.
XCOM is now in reaction mode instead of proactive mode, which to me fits better the resistance narrative.
There should not be major gameplay issues, it’s the same as if you reversed white and black in chess. You will notice some changes in events, it’s impossible to list them all. Most of them are cosmetic. If i notice a big change, i’ll list it here.
There might be issues where you are not concealed and the aliens are super close but XCOM 2 usually doesnt allow enemies to spawn adjacent to you.
Turn counters are based on XCOM turns, not on total turns, so that is not affected.
This is experimental, but in the majority of cases you should be fine. I’m using it myself, so we’re all learning here. Good luck.

2019-07-20 V1.10 – If you have RedDobe’s Yellow Alert Mod, it will now disable Reflex Actions on the first turn by enabling that mod’s parameter via INI files.

If you are a playtester (you play TQL with redscreens for example), note that XCOM is now TEAM 4 instead of TEAM 0 so to drop a friendly unit you need to type for example "dropunit muton 4" instead of "dropunit muton 0".
