The best Geomancer since toph.
Rocky is a close range fighter thats meant to get in close and bash you to pieces.
His armor bar reduces the damage he takes and gives a few of his moves super armor. But Once that bar is gone you cant get it back. You also take extra damage once its gone. But don’t fret.
Your moves hit one frame faster so your not out of the fight yet. Add in thorns and you got a beat on your hands
