Discrimination Reduces Pop Growth
This mod reduces the population growth of discriminated pops based on the oppressiveness of the acceptance law.
From playing discriminated pops typically did better than primary accepted pops or at least equally well. This removed immersion as it doesn’t make sense,0 and being discriminated against can be devastating for a people group, ie Circassians, Assyrians, etc. This mod should prevent discriminated pops ending larger populous than game start.
