Susceptible Belt

No requirement for those that like the belt but don’t play with susceptible.

Caught in a life or death situation where you don’t have time to pull a filter from one of your many bags?
Adds a craftable Belt that can have up to 4 filters attached to your hotbar, allowing you to right click your mask to swap filters.
The belt also has a nice bag attached too.
Belt has unique equip location, allowing you to wear it with everything.

Also added shoulder pouches.
Can be worn on left and right shoulders.
They also have unique equip locations.
