Description:

Adds a new barrel which improves CRAM shell speed by 2x, while increasing recoil by 5x (default)
functionality works
stats can be modified in game
todo:
add in game modifiers for speed and recoil –feature complete!
fix the UI tooltips so that it displays the name correctly
