Adds in the totally-not-inspired by tf2 mercs from the roblox game Typical Colors 2 as lambda vps

(note: some vps have missing lines (examples: Arsonist’s conquestion lines & Agent’s laugh lines) are replaced with silence because i couldn’t find good lines for them)
