PMW-SV-SC Pisces C8 RE2 (Anvil Pisces C8)
Pear’s Motor Works proudly presents their next model in the showroom; the Anvil Pisces C8 from the Star citizen universe, made suitable for Reforged Eden 2.
This start SV is cheap to spawn, has tons of cargo space and will get you to the moon for those special resources! An excellent companion when you do POI’s.. only the spawn chamber weighs literary 1000kg, so we advice to bring along a tent.. all other needs are aboard! Trauma station, plenty of space for loot and a few Gattlings to get rid of those pesky sentry guns, a detector for exploration, a big hatch in the rear that you can use as drone hatch too (push yourself back inside with your drone if needed). As always, tailor to your own needs! We already seen a Pisces used as a miner one season, after we installed some more thrust ofcourse.
Because the upgrade options is where this build shines. After doing a POI or 2 and or salvaging a bit, you surely be able to upgrade it already to have a warp drive or shield and some more thrust..clone chamber? The second upgrade step allows you to make her into a well shielded al-round SV that will prove to be useful up till late game! She is tiny (on the outside) and will fit in (almost) any CV. Switch out the bed for more seats and have a faction dropship.. Tailor to your own needs! This build was mainly designed to get mobile quickly and GTFO of starter planet for cheap, but that does not mean it can’t do more once fully upgraded! And needless to say; keep an eye on your take off thrust.. 50 ton to start with is not too shabby, but you probably wont be able to carry a full load of copper ore without a few extra down thrusters.
The hull is 1 block steel minimum, only on 2 spots in the back could we not avoid (half) exposing an extension. You should be able to tank a bit with the bottom front, but keep an eye on your windows (upgrade), in the trial runs the prototypes did fine taking out a few sentries and occasional drone.

This vessel was originally made for the Anvil design challenge of February 2024, but got delayed and now made suitable for RE2; Xcaliber hosts the very welcoming Anvil gaming community, monthly design challenges, a few great community game servers usually running and nice people.
This vessel was inspired by the Anvil Pisces C8 from Star Citizen. More small vehicles from SC are being tested on the Anvil server atm. Special thanks to Sulusdacor! PMW used a LCD (with some modifications).
