This mod enables the dissolution faction for administrative governments.

UPDATE: This mod has been updated to enable the independence faction for administrative governments as well.

UPDATE (November 8, 2024): This mod has been updated to include new game settings that can enable or disable dissolution and independence factions for the administrative government. The default is "On".
