本mod为纯净的建筑扩展mod，理论上兼容性极强
众所周知，V3中等体量以上的大国集中工业可以获得大量的规模经济加成，但这也并非没有代价，集中工业带来的污染也会大大影响人口增长（死亡率与移民吸引力），并降低生活水平等其他负面影响
污染效果有一个计算公式：
g/(b+αβ)/m
其中
g 污染产生量来源于铺设的工业和与其相关的各类生产方式
b 基础扩散面，此为50（常数，防止地块耕地过少而产生巨量污染）
α 耕地系数，此为1.5（常数）
β 地区耕地数量（包括已经使用过的耕地）
m 污染效果基数，此为255（常数）
此外每个独立的污染源会将污染产生量以0.25的系数向毗邻地块扩散。
假设江西有500可用耕地，5000点的污染产生，经计算产生了2.45%的污染效果，这个数值的影响几乎是微不足道的。
所以你也会发现，那些拥有着大块耕地的国家集中工业所产生的污染影响要远远小于其他耕地稀少的国家（虽然一般来说受影响人口也少）

POLLUTION_SPREAD_TO_NEIGHBOR = 0.25
So you’ll also find that countries with large plots of arable land （ like china or india ) have a much smaller pollution impact from concentrated industry than other countries（ those western country ) with sparse arable land (although generally fewer people are affected)
