Description:

Allows extraction of trace Metal and Rare Metals from Waste Rock and Water. It can be brought in from Earth as a prefab for $600m, and is unlocked for local construction with the Waste Rock Liquefaction tech.

The default extraction rate is 4 metals and 2 rares per day, and each unit of output requires 40 wasterock. Like other production buildings for metals and rares, it requires staffing – 6 engineers per shift.

Not applicable to existing saves. Initial debug/playtesting release.
