Crimpers Reborn
"A maintainance skeleton of a lost era."
A single line of text is all we get for such a mysterious machine…
In the base game, there’s only one of these skeletons, "King" of the southern hive, saying its OP is an understatement, truly on the verge of unkillable with stats that go far and beyond 100.
This mod seeks to flesh out the mysterious "Crimpers" by giving them a new light, surely there can’t be only one of these things around?
Additions:
Crimper: Huge hulking skeletons that wander the deserted and polluted ruins of the old empires, much like the iron spiders. They are tough and it would be best to avoid them early on. These are not blind like the spiders so they will hunt after you as soon as they see you.
Legion Brute: Thralled crimpers used as shock troops in the skeleton legion, typically easier than the wandering crimpers but are often supported by other brutes or thralled skeletons, naturally these are exclusive to the ashlands.
King: The king himself has been overhauled. His stats have been brought back to a much more competent level. The king is pretty much on par with Cat-Lon now, especially with the drone guards around. Though make no mistake, hes still an absolute monster to deal with.
One last addition, though they are not enemies by default, are the residents of the Black Desert City. I’ve added a few "friendly" crimpers that wander around town and occasionally spit out something like the rest of the residents.
Also swaps out that weird running animation that was in vanilla with the much more fitting Gorillo run.
Should be fully compatible with Recruit Prisoners and Tame Beasties
