This Russian unique unit replaces the Marine for Vladimir Putin. It is stronger than the Marine when attacking cities as well as when fighting within your own borders. If the Spetsnaz is used to capture an enemy city, all other cities belonging to that enemy will go into a period of Resistance. The period is longer should this unit have captured the enemy’s Capital. Spetsnaz can be used to quickly wreck havoc upon your enemies.Unique Building: State Assembly
The unique State Assembly is a late-game replacement for the Stadium that increases a civilization’s Happiness, further increasing with each complete ring of owned tiles the city possesses. It cannot provide more Happiness than there are Citizens in a city. It can only be constructed by Russia under Vladimir Putin. Unlike the Stadium, it is unlocked at Radio.
