Glowy World Project [ Part 1 ]

– For people that enjoy looking at colorful neon signs. (or in case you’re bored of playing with the default look).
– The neon signs are flickering slightly for a better (more realistic) effect.
I believe these would look great with a lil help from a map modder who could add some ambient lights around these.
