Description:

Enables Republican Vassals to pass on their City Holdings to their own House Members.

This modifies the succession laws found in commonlaws0_succession_laws to give the city_succession_law Primogeniture, resulting in Republican Vassals perpetuating their rule to their holding(s) within their House.

This would also allow you to setup Republican Counties, Duchies and Kingdoms with Primogeniture.
