The Voronye Forest [SP]
The Aurora, a reconnaissance plane disappeared while collecting imagery of a Russian submarine fleet. A beacon indicates the Aurora crashed somewhere in the southern region of the Voronye Forest, Russia.
You are part of a two-man U.S. Army Ranger team that are sent out to recover intel from the crashed Aurora.
- One single-player mission with 3 phases.
- Total playtime ~ 40 min.
- If you subscribed, go to the mod section in the Arma 3 launcher and enable the campaign, it will then appear in the campaigns menu in game.
I decided to use the campaign format instead of a scenario since it’s a three-part mission. This campaign is inspired by the first mission from Spec Ops: Rangers Lead the Way, which I tried to recreate in Arma 3 with an old-school vibe. If you’re a fan of classic tactical shooters, this might be for you.
This is the first mission that I have made in any Arma game. So im a noob in the editor. If you encounter any problem’s, you can write about them in the comments, and I will try to fix them (if I can, no promises).
– Im not sure if Lamps danger mod is dependent (i used lambs modules) i listed it anyway. The same goes for 3den enhanced mod, those are small mods and i think most players have them anyway.
– Known bug: If you load a previous save, the night vision might not work. To solve this, you need to reload that savepoint a few times.
