Description:

Adds 4 new harvest conditions:

– Tornado Outbreak
A weak disaster limited to the U.S and Canadian plains/praries and Dixie

– Tropical Cyclone
A strong disaster limited to coastal regions around the
equator.

– Volcanic Eruption
A devastating disaster limited to the Ring of Fire, Iceland, Sicily, and Wyoming. A new positive condition, Fertile Grounds will occur following an eruption.

Tornadoes, Cyclones, and Volcanoes have been given special graphics.
Additionally, Frosts have been renamed to Blizzards and given new effects
