an xdr upload of a mod i did awhile back

THIS TAKES UP SLOT 47

This mod simple replaces/"fixes" some animations that come with nicks base anims

1. replaces his die_standing with his pre-tls version so it gets rid of his "unique" death pose

2. replaces his pistol firing animations with bills so hes not always breaking his wrist

3. adds a new incap animation (local servers only) essentially his pre-tls version or bills incap anim
