AI often only has almost 100 battalions in the later stages of the game（especially the US,less than 100).Thus the world war hurts neither the economy or pops.Now you can help AI build more battalions and flotillas.

Due to the requirement of corresponding army/navy for building barracks/ships, if you do not want to display the army after construction, please disband directly (right-click disband) instead of disbanding them one by one in the detailed army interface.
