80s Gun Sounds
Inspired by legends such as Scarface (1983), Miami Vice (1984-’89) and Total Recall (1990).
*The separate sound mods are optional
Replaces the sounds of the HL2 spawn weapons with a 80s style. Only a few select ones remain unaltered, such as most of the gravity gun.
Should go well with any HL2 Beta mods as the Beta is largely inspired by 70s-90s media (including the 1984 movie). All sounds in this pack were created using Public Domain assets, so feel free to include it in your works!
Alyx: How do you go from this tranquility to that violence?
Barney: I usually take the Ferrari.
