Brewstew flashes into the fray.
His mechanic is drinking. With Nspecial he drinks away raising his drunk counter. Certain Levels get certain perks. At level 5 he gets soft armor. At level 10 he gets super armor on his fspecial. At level 8 his yoyo has a higher chance of bursting. At level 3 he can drift more with upspecial. At 15 he goes into drunken rage. He gains %10 periodically and his controls are more slippery but his endlag is reduced in half and deals 9% more.
He pulls a yoyo which spins around, if he charges it enough he will glow blue. When he presses special, the yoyo breaks off. If you press special before he glows blue the yoyo extends out then back.
He summons a HOLOGRAPHIC charizard to swoop him up.
He grabs the opponent and slams the enemy to the ground.
