Helios Cargo RE2
This is a RE2 update of the Helios Planet Cargo Module designed by Allesia which can be found here:

All Credit goes to Allesia. I just made a few changes for my needs/desires.
Most Significant Changes:
- Removed solar panels
- Added Turbines for negative power consumption
- Modified the storage so it now has 8x 640K Storage
- Added a Advanced Constructor (I use this ship for Fuel Cell production)
