This is a re-upload of the popular mod by Venris & updated before by RedWalrus found here:

This version fixes the errors whereby DEF Masters don’t get Cold One Chariots and HEF Nobles don’t get a Chariot.

If you find any more mounts that aren’t been given feel free to let me know.

Note this is the version where all mounts are given automatically.
