- Debt limit is now 1-1 with GDP while adding some extra with building reserves
- Minting is now uncapped
- Having debt will no longer decrease dividends
- Price range is now 99% instead of 75%
- Buildings owned by the government no longer have a debuff
- Debt will no longer dissapear into thin air, In vanilla if you have 100million in debt and your gdp drops to 10million, around 80million of that debt will get erased
