Submerged launch & Independent targeting 85% Split
This mod is intended to limit the spread of MIRVs, ensuring they target units near the primary target and are less likely to wander off and hit irrelevant ones.
Allows SSBNs and SSGNs to launch SLBMs and cruise missiles while submerged and enables MIRVs to target multiple units.
*Independent targeting only works when targeting units, not cities.
