Aura of Hope (Bloom only): Adjacent friendly units automatically heal 10 HP each turn.

+1 Happiness
1 Musician specialist slot

Has all base building effects, plus:
3 Culture, 3 Gold
Diplomatic Units, Great Diplomats, Merchants and Musicians from the city start with the Delivering Hope temporary promotion (+10 movement and embarked movement. Embarking and disembarking cost 1 movement. When expended, gain Faith equal to 5 times distance from origin city. Effects last for 2 turns after being created.)
