Prisoner Transfers
Transfer problematic prisoners out of your prison.
OVERVIEW
Adds the Prisoner Transfers research, this allows you to place a Transfer Letter which costs $15,000, causing a Prisoner Bus to come and pick up your prisoner, and transfer him to another facility.
WHY SHOULD YOU USE THIS?
- We all have that one prisoner who’s out of control, this mod allows you to deal with them realistically.
- Rather than starving that troublemaker to death, or giving them a Death Row Letter just transfer them to another prison.
- Fits the theme of base game: You can intake transferred prisoners, so why can’t you send them out?
Where is the letter?
The Prisoner Transfer Letter requires the Prisoner Transfers research, located under Legal.
Once you unlock the research, the letter is under Staff.

Transfer Machine
After researching Automatic Transfers you unlock the Transfer Machine.
This device allows you to automatically transfer desired security levels out of your prison!
