Description:

Basic compatibility patch between LOTR and Color Picker for Clothes.

Changed the markers for clothes, as it was conflicting with LOTR pulse marker.
Merged the shaders for Color Picker and LOTR

Credit to those who made the original shaders:
Buck, terrapass and Dee

Load the mod after Color Picker for Clothes and LOTR, so it can overwrite the shader/marker files.
