Description:

You can now intervene any war without join it.

– New court position: Field Marshal, who will be commander for your expeditionary force.
– New interaction: Send Expeditionary Force, allow you to send expeditionary forces to any ruler, at the cost of your own levy size.
– New decision: Withdraw, allow you to withdraw the expeditionary forces and remove the debuff.
– Expeditionary Force’s strength is related to your Field Marshal’s aptitute.

在不加入战争的前提下帮助其他角色。

-新宫廷职位：大将军，将控制你派出的军队。
-新互动：派遣军队，可以向任意统治者派出援军，但派出时会减少自己的军队上限。
-新决议：撤军，可以收回派出的援军并移除debuff。
-12/13更新：增强派遣军队数量和质量，提升效果与大将军能力相关。
