Seeing as how nobody on this 10 year old game had thought about the fact that Castille and Portugal could have very well united in history, I had to make it myself.
Modifies the Iberian Wedding to allow a union between Castille and Portugal, and modifies the Form Spain diplomatically/Militarily to require some portuguese provinces but no aragonese/basque
