Exactly what the name says.
### RULERS ###
Rulers can now be 12/12/12
Rulers also have a minimum of 2/2/2
### ADVISORS ###
Advisors are 25% cheaper overall
Advisor max level is 10
Advisors have a slightly lower yearly increase in salary (0.0035 Decreased from 0.005)
Advisors live longer (definetely a few more years)
Advisors are cheaper to upgrade (10x monthly salary to 6x)
