List of changes
Institutions now require a former institution
-Feudalism for Renaissance (as usual)
-Renaissance for Colonialism and Printing Press
-Colonialism for Global Trade
-Printing Press for Global Trade
-Global Trade for Manufactories
-Manufactories for Enlightenment
*Non-European tech groups have a greater tech cost
AI Native Americans cannot reform (and the interface is broken)
Colonies in Africa have a massive settler nerf
Certain power projection amounts have been changed (mostly increased)
Religions have been changed (mostly buffs)
*Age buffs have been changed
Base technology levels have been changed
*A casus belli has been added to conquer native Americans
* = May not work or be properly implemented

Stop Spanish/Portuguese blobbing in Africa
Europeans actually conquering India and Andean/Meso-Americans
Stronger horde states
Many parts of this mod may be unstable so I do not recommend using any files as a base and heavily testing any mods that are intended to work with this one.
