Description:

A simple mod that enables outposts and cities along with their province improvements and wizard towers to be constructed within the Umbral Abyss, however, Umbral Dwellings will not be happy that you’re building anywhere near them, may start a war.

The AI will also build in the Abyss as well.

Will most definitely effect the balance dynamic, enjoy.
